Objective: This worksheet is designed to help you plan your CAS experiences in alignment with the
CAS learning outcomes. Use this worksheet to clearly define your goals, the activities you will
undertake, and how they contribute to your personal development.

1. Brief description of the experience. (Provide a short overview of the activity or project you will
undertake. Explain what it involves and why you chose it.)
Learning Digital Marketing involves learning various marketing strategies through
digital media. It consists of sub-topics such as Social Media Marketing, Web page
development, On-page and Off-page Optimization, Affiliate Marketing and various
marketing platforms such as Canva, Google Ads etc.
The duration of the course is 5 months and the classes are thrice a week (3-4 hours
weekly).
This choice enables me to develop a new skill and aids in my career choice as well that
is MIS (Management in Information Systems) as Marketing is a part of Management.

EXAMPLE of CAS:
1. Creativity
Organizing a School Play or Musical: Involves scriptwriting, directing, acting, or managing
stage design and costumes.
Starting a Photography Club: Taking and curating photos, organizing exhibitions, and
teaching photography skills to others.
Designing a Community Mural: Collaborating with local artists and community members to
create a mural that represents the community's culture and values.
Developing a Mobile App: Creating an app that addresses a specific need, such as helping
students manage their homework or providing resources for mental health.
Writing and Publishing a Book: Composing a collection of short stories, poems, or a novel,
and self-publishing it online or in print.
2. Activity
Training for a Marathon: Setting up a training plan, tracking progress, and possibly raising
funds for charity through the race.
Organizing a Sports Tournament: Planning and managing a school-wide or community
sports event, including recruiting teams, securing venues, and overseeing logistics.
Learning a New Sport: Taking lessons in a sport you’ve never tried before, like rock
climbing, fencing, or surfing, and documenting your progress.
Leading a Yoga or Fitness Class: Preparing routines, leading sessions, and helping
participants improve their physical fitness.
Hiking or Outdoor Expeditions: Planning and participating in hiking trips, which include map
reading, survival skills, and environmental awareness.

Mentoring Younger Students: Helping younger peers with their studies, offering guidance,
or running after-school tutoring sessions.
