Dialogue of Life
Those who participate in dialogue must be open to being
influenced and enriched and must have an openness to
be opened, with no other motives inside their hearts.

Dialogue of Faith
We take into consideration Muslim-Christian relations. The
dialogue here does not mean one side winning over the
other. Proselytism has no place in genuine dialogue.

Dialogue in Social Justice Work
Increasing evidence supports the contact hypothesis, which suggests that
intergroup contact, including intergroup dialogue, can reduce prejudice.
(Dovidio, Gaertner,& Kawakami, 2003, Gurin, Nagda, & Sorenson, 2011).

Intergroup dialogue has been successfully used
to promote social justice work.
(Dessel, Rogge, and &Garlington, 2006, Nagda & Zuniga, 2003).
Dialogue in Peace and Conflict Work
“Dialogue does not create peace and
resolve conflict; people do that. However,
dialogue can help participants develop
the kinds of relationships that facilitate
peacemaking and conflict resolution.
