Lesson 1
1. Listen, point, and repeat. (Page 78)
o Play the audio and ask students to listen carefully.
o Have students point to the pictures while repeating the words they hear.
2. Listen and number. (Page 79)
o Play the audio and ask students to listen and number the toys in the order they hear them.
o Pause the audio to give students time to write the numbers.
o Review the correct order with the class.
3. Draw your favourite toy(s) and colour. Then say. (Page 79)
o Ask students to draw their favourite toy(s) and colour them.
o Once done, have each student show their drawing and say the name of their toy(s).
4. Listen and chant. (Page 80)
o Play the chant and ask students to listen carefully.
o Repeat the chant several times, inviting students to join in.
5. Play the game. (Page 80)
o Explain the rules of the game on the page.
o Divide the class into small groups and let them play.

o Share some examples to start, then let students practice.
GAME CORNER
3. Flip a coin and move. (Page 85)
o Explain the rules of the game and give each group a coin.
o Ask students to play the game in small groups, taking turns flipping the coin and moving their pieces.
o Monitor the activity and encourage them to use phrases from the unit.
SONG CORNER

o Play the song and ask students to listen carefully.
o Encourage students to join in singing the song together.
