J: Hi Kim, How is it going?
K: I´m fine
J: So am I. Kim, What do you do in halloween?
K: I don't celebrate halloween… I think is a bad plan
J: Personally speaking, I love halloween because my mom organizes a party and I like to decorate
the house.
K: I prefer the movies or stories
J: Really? Do you want to listen to my favorite story?
K: That sounds great! What's it about?
J: Well, my favorite story is “The tortoise and the hare”. One day a smug hare was talking about how
fast she was. His friend the turtle, tired of listening, invited him to participate in a racing competition.
The hare agreed to compete. After that, the hare and the tortoise began their competition. The hare
ran very fast and when she was near the end, she looked back to see where the tortoise was, when
she realized that he was just at the beginning. She decided to rest in a tree because she was sure
that the turtle would not arrive.
K: Oh no! What happened next?
J: Finally, when the hare woke up, she realized that the tortoise was a step away from reaching the
final. She ran as fast as she could, but the turtle ended up winning the exhausting race. The lesson of
this story is: When other people make fun of others, you should not pay attention to them.
K: Wow! This story is easy to follow.
J: Do you have any questions?
K: Yes, I have two questions. Mmm… Where is the story located?
J: The story takes place in a magical forest where incredible animals can talk.
K: This is amazing! When were you listening to this story?
J: When I was a child, I listened to my dad's stories. From that moment on I bought some books. For
this reason, I´m knowledgeable and personable. Also, I have a majoring in literature.
K: This is cool! How long have you studied in the university?
J: I´ve studied there since 2021. And you? What is your favorite story?
K: My favorite story is Sleeping Beauty because I love the story about princesses. Do you know?
J: No, I have never listened to this story!
K: Would you like to listen to me? It's an unbelievable story!
J: Sure, I'd love to.
K: Of course. Once upon a time, in a traditional, beautiful and magic kingdom, a precious little
princess named Aurora was born. The king and queen celebrated happily, they threw a party and
invited all the fairies in the kingdom. However, they forgot to invite an evil fairy who lived in the forest.
After that, she, angered by being excluded, suddenly appeared at the party.
J: Are you serious? So what did she do?
K: She cursed the baby. Later, Her parents sent her to the forest sadly and she was living in the forest
for many years with their fairy godmothers. In the forest she met a brave and clever gentleman but on
her sixteenth birthday she was sleeping for many days because she was cursed. In the end, the
gentleman reached hard and he found the Princess in the castle but Aurora was sleeping in her bed,
his heart beating strongly, and with a loving kiss Aurora woke up.
J: I love the main character, but this is an unrealistic story. What was she doing in her free time?
K: She was reading books about science because she was knowledgeable and responsible.
Sometimes, she explored the forest and she was personable with the animals.
J: Is this story first a movie or a book?
K: First is a book by the author Charles perrault. The second is the Disney movie based on the book.
J: The princess is adventurous! Are you adventurous?
K: Yes, I´m. For example when i was traveling, i took challenges. So, I've worked in a tourism
company. It's exhausting and demanding but is well paid.
J: How long have you worked there?
K: I've worked in a tourism company called “star´s” for one year.
J: Have you ever studied at university?
K: oh! I've studied in virtual class since 2022
J: This is cool! Kim, I need to leave because I have at Icpna class.
K: So do I. Do you want to come with me?
J: I´m sorry, but i can’t because i changed my schedule
K: Ok, see you!
J: Bye kim!
