Signing & Sealing of In-Charge of Construction (Electrical, Sanitary &
Mechanical, electronic communication) & Full-Time Supervisor shall be the
responsibility of the Contractor.
Signing & Sealing of all Mechanical & Fire Protection Plans shall be the
responsibility of the Contractor.
All other permits required before commencing such construction shall be the
responsibility of the Contractor.
c. The Contractor shall obtain all other official permits, licenses etc. and for the
payment of such fees and all cost incidental to these permits, licenses, etc. which
may be necessary for the construction of the works and which may arise incidental
to the fulfillment of the requirements of the requirements of the contract, but not
limited to the list below:
a) Barangay Clearance / permits
b) Locational Clearance
c) Sidewalk Permit (for use of temporary facilities and lay-down area, if any)
