1. Introduction

The Vector report features allows to analyses vectors (Polygons, Lines, Text) contained in the current
vector layer (.VEC). These features are accessible from the menu Reports/Vector report. There are
different options, that will be explained in this document:

2. Vector polygon coverage analysis…

For information about this function, please refer to the document Vector polygon coverage analysis,

3. Vector polygon station count report…

This function lists for each polygon of the current vector file, the stations located inside.

4. Vector line station count report …

This feature will report the minimum distance between activated stations and vector lines.

Select the maximum distance to be taken into account:

Sample result (three activated stations on the map, closer than 20000 m to the vector line):

5. Address-Text covered…

This feature will display a report showing the number of Text vectors covered and the population covered (if
such information is included in the vector).

The coverage of the network should be calculated and a result displayed on the map.

Select the minimum and maximum values to filter the coverage:

Search distance (pixel): set up the number of pixels around the text vectors to be considered as part of the
Text vector location.

NOTE: If the result displayed is a best server 16bits layer, information of station number and its callsign is
added.

6. Address-Text matrix

This function generates a map that gives on each point the number of addresses found in the vector file.

This function is particularly useful for generating address matrices for calculations of DTT (digital TV) versus
LTE in adjacent bands.

It is then possible to save the results in .IC1 or .FLD files.
