1. Could you please say in what context you worked with the candidate? (Were you
his/her supervisor or his/her colleague?)
I am Princess Kate’s direct supervisor, employer, and mentor. We worked on
various projects from residential to commercial projects.
2. What were the candidate’s dates of employment, title, and role?
Me and the applicant are working from March to November 2021. She’s one of my
apprentices ( Junior Architect ) and her role is a project supervisor in one of the
projects
3. What kind of duties and responsibilities were assigned to the candidate? Did he/she
complete them satisfactorily?
As my apprentice I let her handle some of the projects and I’m delighted every time I
give her the responsibility for the projects because there’s not a single problem that
occurs.
4. Can you share any challenges that he/she faced in completing his/her tasks?
I admire her multitasking skills. Especially when we have a lot of projects, floor plans,
documents, and project management, she can do it all precisely and accurately. And
also she handles the clients if I’m not around.
5. If you are the candidate’s previous supervisor (previous employer), is the candidate
eligible for rehire just in case he/she decides to comeback?
If that happens, I gladly rehire her. She’s just good at her role and never disappoints
me. She’s a hardworking, active and always finished all task that I assign to her with
no problem at all.
