profitability, in the traditional sense of generating financial returns, may not be applicable to Fikarmand Welfare
Society.

Instead of focusing on profitability, Fikarmand's success and impact are typically measured by its ability to
achieve its mission and objectives, such as improving the well-being of the community, providing essential
services, advocating for social justice, and fostering positive change.

However, financial sustainability is crucial for any non-profit organization, including welfare societies.
Fikarmand Welfare Society needs to generate enough revenue to cover its operating expenses, fund its programs
and initiatives, and maintain its organizational capacity. This revenue typically comes from a combination of
sources, including donations, grants, fundraising events, membership fees, and partnerships with other
organizations or government agencies.

While Fikarmand may not aim to generate profits, it does need to manage its finances effectively to ensure it can
continue its operations and fulfil its mission over the long term. This includes budgeting, financial planning, and
transparent financial reporting to stakeholders.

Overall, the "profitability" of Fikarmand Welfare Society is measured not in financial terms but in its ability to
create positive social impact and effectively serve the needs of the community it aims to support.
