Passengers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa or

a passport, which must be valid until the date of the intended departure from that

This ticket is governed by the airline tariff filed by Air Transat with the Canadian
Transportation Agency and is subject to the liability limitations stated therein. The
Montreal Convention and the Warsaw Convention may also apply and limit Air
