This project explores the process of reporting child exploitation online, focusing on
guidelines from the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC). It highlights the
importance of promptly reporting incidents of internet pornography and luring related to children,
emphasizing the need for vigilance and awareness. The report details the steps involved, including
gathering evidence, completing the reporting form, and understanding confidentiality measures. By
raising awareness about these critical issues and providing resources for support, the project aims
to empower individuals to take action against child exploitation, thereby contributing to a safer

 INTRODUCTION

The rise of the internet has revolutionized communication, but it has also exposed children to
various forms of exploitation and abuse. As online activities become increasingly prevalent, the
need to protect vulnerable populations, particularly children, has never been more critical. The
National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre (NCECC) plays a vital role in addressing these
challenges in Canada, serving as a hub for reporting and managing incidents of child exploitation.

This project aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the steps involved in reporting
