care, and focused work/study. Sunday is dedicated to reflection and relaxation, and Friday
is reserved for special worship and spiritual growth.

understanding.
Monday to 5:30 AM - 6:00 AM Arabic Language Learn and revise
Thursday Study & Revision Arabic language
daily.
Monday to 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM Exercise Light exercise like

Monday to Maghrib - Evening Maghrib Prayer & Time for Maghrib
Thursday Evening Adhkar prayer, followed by

Monday to Isha - Night Isha Prayer & Complete Isha

listening to Islamic
lectures, reading

Friday Dhuhr Prayer Jumu'ah (Friday Attend Jumu'ah
Prayer) prayer at the
mosque (or at home
if unable).
Friday After Jumu'ah Special Dua and Spend time making
Reflection Dua, reflecting on
your week, and
seeking spiritual
growth.
Friday Rest of the Day Continue Worship & Engage in dhikr,
Relaxation reading, and
relaxation.
