Hello my name is chef Lewis i graduated from Culinary Lenotre and my mission is to bring a new
amplified flavors innovtive not just plant based rcipes '. our mission is to target not just the customers
who like to eat healthy but alos present a menu thats appealing to other then our key target. with this
new resturant take we are sure to be here for years to come .
my busniess plan is to set my restuarant near downtwon or heghts area where there are walking trails
gyms and other sports activites not tofar away with the cusine that i am offering after a long run youll
want to come in to my place and refill on our rich vitamns juices antioxdance drinks and kale tonic, not
to mention our healty breakfast and lunch .and dinner depeniding onwhat time you come want to serve
lunch and dinner at later time with alcholic bevarges
the name of my busniiss i am looking at MyDayzzzOff somewhere you can just hangand chill om a
satuday afteernoon patio area want to add alcholic bevarages to my menu around the katy owntown or
heights area . for my loan amount not sure how much ill need but 200k sounds great to me to start my
goal is to get ppl to understand you can live how you want to live but can be healthy doing so at the
same time. to offer a place more then just somewwhere you go on your off days is my moto

on today market as well and ffood trucks is another example
b. the trend that started my idea didnt come from the idustry it cam from my own well being. this day in
age people are far more concerned about what they put in thier bodys as far as food. one place that i
really put my respect to would have to be bella green
c. the trents in grown in my area is more on the foodtrcuk side. you cant go a milewithout seeing about
40 food trucks. various kinds of food such a mexican, cajun, columbian, bbq and whaky food stands that
usualy serve food you see at the rodeo.
d. i want to cater my operation to those who are looking for healthier option wihtout the risk of losing
big flavors. those who want to try new innovative ideas without sacrificing the trends that are in. really
want to take ashine on the kids who doestn eat healthy a place parent can take thier kids to eat veggies
without any problems
e more fuctional bevareage place are popping up which i want to use that idea without losing the
concept of helathy cuinse maybe all wines instead of cocktails . tech cooking and A.I is growing in the
industry as well its a good idea but i feel a person would connect more with a actual person
