Abstract
We hope that these instructions will prove useful as you prepare the manuscript. Our
instructions are intended to simplify the task and make the publication of the extended abstracts
more efficient and easier. By Supplying us with a clear, consistently prepared manuscript, you
will help us in achieving our goal of producing a good abstract book. The guidelines are given
below
1. The abstract should be 800 (minimum) to 1200 (maximum) words.
2. Please ensure that the plagiarism percentage is less than 20%.
3. Abstract must necessarily include Introduction, Methodology and data, Results and
Conclusions
4. Title of the manuscript should be centered, font in Times New Roman, 14 pt bold in
UPPERCASE (all caps).
5. After spacing of 8 pt write the author’s details.
6. Author names should be centered, font in Times New Roman ,10 pt bold character
with first letter in upper case.
7. For affiliation write the numbers in superscript before the name of the authors as
shown and should be italic.
8. For corresponding author, after the name of the author mark a * sign
9. For affiliation keep a line blank and write name of the institute/organization, providing
the numbers as per the sequence of author names, aligned centered, in font Times New
Roman, 10 pt character size with first letter in upper case.
10. For corresponding author provide a ‘*’ with the email as shown.
11. Write heading ‘Abstract’ aligned in left, in font Times New Roman, 12 pt bold with
first letter in upper case.
12. The abstract text should adhere to the following formatting guidelines:
a. Use Times New Roman, 11 pt, justified alignment, and prepare the text using a
word processor.
b. The text must be single-spaced throughout, except when typing mathematical
equations.
c. Handwritten symbols are not acceptable; ensure all symbols, superscripts, and
subscripts are properly formatted.
d. Allow extra space for superscripts or subscripts to avoid overlapping of lines.
e. Type the content to the full width between margins and the maximum number
of lines per page, except in cases where this leads to an undesirable lay-out of
displayed equations.
f. Ensure no headings appear within two lines of the bottom of a page.
13. At the end of the abstract, include at least 5 keywords, in Times New Roman, 11 pt,
italics, with the first letter in Uppercase
