02. After installing you will be prompted to agree to the privacy notice for the app. After agreeing, allow notifications and camera
access.

03. When prompted to either sign in with you Microsoft account or to scan a QR code, select scan a QR code. If prompted, add a
"Work or school account".

04. Your mobile device camera will open in the app and you will be prompted to scan the QR code on you computer screen in
your Pro-Watch instance during the "Registering MFA for Pro-Watch" on page 1 section,

REGISTERING MFA FOR PRO-WATCH

01. Upon successfully installing Pro-Watch, a notification will appear recommending the use of Two Factor Authentication.

02. Upon opening Pro-Watch, if the user has MFA enabled, a window will appear with a QR code and steps to link your Pro-
Watch account to your authenticator app. Follow the steps in "Setting up MFA App" on page 1.

03. After setting up the authenticator app, each time Pro-Watch is started the Verify text box will appear. Open the app on your
mobile device and input the OTP then select "Verify".

NOTE: Now that you have used a OTP to log in to the instance of Pro-Watch, you are logged in to other applications directly
connected to Pro-Watch. For example you are now logged in to the Badge Manager and will not need to provide credentials. If
you log out of the Pro-Watch instance you will also be logged out of the other applications and will need to provide an OTP
when opening them outside of Pro-Watch core.
