Good morning, everyone. Welcome to our Turnover Ceremony! Today, we come together to
honor the exceptional efforts, hard work, and dedication of our outgoing leaders and warmly
welcome the incoming leaders stepping into their new roles.
We appreciate your understanding regarding the limited space we have for this ceremony.
Our intention is to keep the event simple and intimate, yet we feel honored to share this
momentous occasion with all of you. We anticipate that a range of emotions will be felt
throughout the ceremony, and we welcome that experience.
At this time, let us take a moment to acknowledge the presence of our esteemed guests:

Let me acknowledge as well all our dear colleagues, friends and esteemed visitors for being
here today.
To begin our ceremony, let us take a moment for reflection and gratitude. I would like to
invite Ms. Kea Nathasha Macalam to lead us in the invocation for the Christian Prayer
and Sir Moamar T. Abbas to lead the Muslim Prayer

Lotte: Before we dive into the main program, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the
history of ICDEO. The very walls and pillars that surround us have silently witnessed the
dedication, perseverance, and hard work that have shaped our journey. Under the inspiring
leadership of DE Mayang, our office has successfully navigated challenges, celebrated
victories, and laid a strong foundation for the future.
There were moments of doubt about whether this office would endure, but DE Mayang’s
relentless spirit has truly steered ICDEO in the right direction, setting us on our current
course.
As we look to the future today, let us acknowledge the sacrifices and triumphs that have led
us to this point, and honor the legacy that continues to inspire us.
And Now, to kick off our program and set the tone for today’s transition let’s hear from our
first speaker. Please join me in welcoming the Chief of Admin Section, Ma’am Jamalia P.
Mutin to deliver the Opening remarks.

transition.
Next, we will hear from our outgoing Assistant District Engineer. Before we welcome him,
let's take a moment to review his career in this office leading up to his appointment as
Assistant District Engineer.
Engr. Al-Hussein T. Macarambon began his journey as the Chief of the Construction Section
at ICDEO. He was promoted to Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Assistant District Engineer
role, and soon after, he became a full-fledged Assistant District Engineer. Engr. Macarambon
has been a vital pillar of support at ICDEO, working alongside District Engineer Mayang.
Together, they have contributed significantly to the progress of ICDEO as it stands today.
Now, please join me in welcoming the outgoing Assistant and our new designated OIC -
District Engineer Al-Hussein T. Macarambon to share his Turnover Speech.
After his speech, Engr. Macarambon will turnover the key of Responsibility to our newly
appointed Assistant District Engineer Roel A. Llauder.

Engineer.
Prior to this new role, he is our Planning & Design Section Chief for over 3 years now. Please

Lotte: As we turn our attention to our outgoing District Engineer, Ma'am Mayang, it is
essential to acknowledge the remarkable role she played in the establishment of the Iligan
City District Engineering Office. Ma'am Mayang was not just a participant in this journey; she
was its pioneer. With unwavering dedication and relentless effort, she built this office from
the ground up, laying the foundation for what it is today. Her visionary leadership and
commitment were instrumental in transforming an idea into a fully operational entity, and
her legacy will undoubtedly continue to inspire those who follow in her footsteps.

After her speech, DE Maria B. David will then turnover the Key of Responsibility to the newly
designated OIC - District Engineer Al-Hussein T. Macarambon.

embrace new ideas and approach our tasks with confidence.
