We are about to
begin our program, so please settle down and take your seats.

- I would like to warmly welcome each of you to this important event: Mental Health
Awareness Seminar cum First General Assembly of ALS Learners. Today, we come together
to learn, share, and raise awareness of the importance of mental health in our personal
lives and communities.

- Without further ado, let us officially start our program with a sense of unity and pride. Let
us all rise for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be led by Mrs. **Aiko G.
Santillan- ALS Teacher of Tangos to be followed by an opening prayer which will be led by
Mrs. Purita G. Dela Cruz- ALS Teacher of Baliwag North Central School.

I know you are all excited to listen and understand our topic for today, but first let us have an
energetic checking of attendance. I know you all have prepared your TikTok dance moves. As I
call your CLC please stand and perform the dance move after that

- This day, we will be having a short yet comprehensive seminar on Mental Health Awarenes
Cum First General Assembly of ALS Learners. Indeed, we are delighted to welcome each
and every one and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your presence at
this memorable occasion. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all today.
- to formally start our program, let us welcome the very handsome, energetic, and
hardworking Principal of Tiaong Elementary School Mr. Enrique F. Dela Cruz to give his
welcoming remarks. Let’s give him a round of applause.

- Thank you, Mr. Dela Cruz, for that warm and inspiring welcome.

- We are privileged to hear a heartfelt message from our innovative, visionary, and
dedicated School Division Superintendent. Ma’am Rowena T. Quiambao, CESO VI. Please
give her a big round of applause.

- Next on our program, we are pleased to have our passionate, committed and supportive
Concurrent Education Program Supervisor of Inclusive Education Mrs. Marilyn P. Samsonto

Now, we have come to the main part of today’s event the **Seminar Proper**. Our event for
today will surely give us a lot of learning about mental health awareness. So please sit down,
relax and enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

First, we have **Mr. Christian Aldy Babas**, who will be discussing critical aspects of mental
health and its impact on our daily lives.
Second, we have **Mr. Enrique F. Dela Cruz**, who will dive deeper into strategies for promoting

Awit ng Pilipinas na pangungunahan ni Ginang Aiko G. Santillan- Guro ng Tangos ALS at susundan
ng taimtim na panalangin na pangungunahan ni Ginang Purita G. Dela Cruz- Guro ng Baliwag
North Central School. Tumayo po tayong lahat.

- Alam kong lahat kayo ay nasasabik na makinig at maunawaan ang ating paksa para sa
araw na ito, ngunit hayaan muna tayong magkaroon ng masiglang attendance checking.
Alam kong inihanda na ninyong lahat ang TikTok dance moves ninyo. Kapag tinawag ko
ang inyong CLC ay kayo ay tatayo at sasayawin ang tiktok dance pagkatapos ay

Isang karangalan po para sa akin na ipakilalaa ang ating tagapagsalita sa araw na ito. Siya po ay:
- Nagtapos sa kolehiyo sa kursong Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in
Management Accountancy sa Baliuag University noong April 2017.
- Siya rin ay nagtapos ng kanyang Graduate Studies sa kursong Master’s in Business
Administration sa Baliuag University noong April 2021
- Siya rin po ay nagging Barangay Councilor for Peace and Order sa tiaong noon
