Pre-assembly Fuse all Interfacing to corresponding shell pieces: Outer Collar, Outer Stand, Outer Cuff, Front Plackets and Welts
Pre stitch Size Label to center bottom of Brand Label; Set Brand Label with ES 1/2” down from neck seam on Inner Yoke
Pre stitch CCO Label on Left Front piece at SS notch (8” from hem)
Serge finish CF of Front pieces, hem of Front and Back and along the long edge opposite the interfacing of Cuff pieces
Body Set Inner and Outer Yoke pieces to Back piece; 1/4” TS
Serge Front to Back at shoulder seam using burrito method
Fold Front Plackets under at notches and TS at 1 1/8”
Set Ribbon to Button side of placket; centering under buttons.
Collar Join Collar pieces RST at 1/4” SA with SNL at 8SPI; Clip, Turn and ES as TS
Stitch Collar Stand at ends from notches around curve towards long edge; clip curves
Insert Collar into Collar Stand between notches with RST; stitch, turn and press to shape Collar and Stand
Set Collar assembly to Body finishing by turning under SA of inside Collar Stand and ES as TS on RS to close
Sleeve Placket Fold Welt pieces lengthwise WST
Set Welt pieces to Sleeve pieces with front Welt overlapping back Welt; ES as TS creating 1/2” box stitch at Placket base
Set underarm seam of both Sleeves
Cuff Serge interfaced side of Cuff piece to Sleeve opening RST; fold Cuff RST and serge ends; turn
ES as TS around Cuff capturing SA of serged edge (unfolded) to finish
Finishing Single turn 1/2+” hem and TS at 1/2”
Set Cuff and Collar buttons and buttonholes; Set CF buttons and buttonholes
