The content is not displaying on my projector. What do I do?
With every setup being slightly different from the next, display errors can occur for any number of
reasons. Try some or all of the following, and if the content is still not displaying contact

Drag the Output Window to Projector
1. Is your computer in mirroring mode? Be sure to extend your Mac or Windows computer's
display onto your projector instead.
2. Click and hold the titlebar in the output window
3. While clicking and holding, drag the output window onto your extended display (typically by
dragging it all the way left or all the way right of your desktop screen)
4. When in "Preview" or "Present" mode, click the "Display Fullscreen" button and the output
window will resize to fill your projection
Select the Correct Input
With your projector's remote, cycle through the input options to ensure the correct port is selected.
Check the label on the port that the HDMI cable is plugged into on the projector. Typically it will say
"HDMI 1" or "HDMI 2". Ensure that when you are changing the input of the projector with the remote
that you are matching it with the port that your HDMI is plugged in to.
Check your Connection Hardware
In some cases, HDMI cables that are too long and aren't sufficient quality will lose signal or won't be
recognized by the projector. If your projection operator will be cueing the projections from less than
50ft from your projector you can use a high-quality HDMI cable. If your operator will be more than 50ft
away from your projector, using CAT6 network cabling provides a much more reliable connection that
reduces latency.
Mirrored Displays Error
Mac/PC only: Ensure that your monitor is extended (not mirrored) onto your projector. When you
connect your projector to your computer and when your projector is powered on, your computer should
automatically detect a second output.
For a PC (Note that instructions may vary slightly depending on which version of Windows you
are operating):
1. Right-click on your computer desktop
2. Click on "Display Settings"
3. After you've connected to, and powered on, your projector scroll down to the "Multiple
Displays" menu
4. Select the "Extend these displays" option
For a Mac (Note that instructions may vary slightly depending on which version of iOS you are
operating):
1. Go to your Apple Menu
2. Click "System Settings"
3. Click on the "Displays" icon
4. After you've connected and powered on your projector, click on the "Arrange" button to
choose whether you want your extended display to the right or left of your main display
5. Chose your computer display, and set "Use as: Main display"
6. Chose your projector display, and then set "Use as: Extended Display", you do not want
it to be "Use as: Mirror for (computer display name)"
7. Back out into the "System Settings" menu again
8. Click on the "Desktop & Dock" icon
9. Scroll down until you see "Mission Control" as a header
10. Check "Displays have separate Spaces"
11. Restart your device
