2. Association of the three variables

keeping each variable constant). In figure 1, self-perf is kept as a control variable, in figure 2 and 3,
self-efficacy and job satisfaction are respectively, the control variables).

So, we reject the alternate hypothesis and accept the null hypothesis.
Conclusion: There is no statistically significant correlation between Job_satisfaction and self-
efficacy, while controlling for self-perf.
