34 i) An organic compound A of molecular formula C2H4 on reduction gives another 5
compound B of molecular formula C2H6. B on reaction with chlorine in presence of
sunlight gives C.

(b) Write chemical equation for conversion of B to C and name the type of
reaction.
ii) Draw the structures of benzene and cyclohexane and mention one difference
between them.

i) A compound ‘C’ with molecular formula C2H4O2 reacts with sodium bi

instrument fitted with a mirror. State the nature of this mirror and draw the ray
diagram for image formation in this case.
