CONTRACT AGREEMENT
This Contract Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the 10th October,2024,
by Fortune Anyanwu-Roberts and between Abigail Reana Imani Alleyne.:
1. iLashtt (“The Employer”), a company duly registered under the laws of
Trinidad and Tobago having its principal place of business at #5 shirvan trace low-
lands.
2. Abigail Reana Imani Alleyne an individual residing at #1 Lambeau Nursery
school trace Tobago.
Collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
WHEREAS:
1. TheEmployer is engaged in the business of providing high-quality lash
extension services and training.
2. The Intern desires to be trained in the art of lash extensions and, upon
successful training, provide lash extension services under the iLashtt brand.
3. The Employer agrees to provide training, materials, and a client base to
the intern on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
. This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution and continue for a peri-
od of 1year unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
Training Program
1.1. The Employer agrees to provide the intern with forth training in the art of lash
extensions at a subsidised rate of $1000.
1.2. The training program will cover the techniques, skills, and professional stan-
dards required to perform lash extensions to the iLashtt quality standards.
1.3. The training period shall last for 6 months starting from September 9th and end-
ing on February 29th.
2. Commission-Based Client Services
2.1. Upon successful completion of the training program, the intern will be given
the opportunity to provide lash extension services to iLashtt clients at a designated
location provided by the Employer
2.2. The Intern agrees to perform these services on a commission-based arrange-
ment. The commission structure shall be as follows:
• Intern: 35% of each service fee.
• Parent Company: 65%of each service fee.
2.3. The Employer will provide the Intern with all necessary products and equip-
ment required to perform lash extension services.
2.4. The Intern agrees to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in
line with the iLashtt brand values and abide to the code of conduct.
3. Expenses and Product Supply
. All expenses related to the procurement of lash extension products, tools, and
equipment shall be borne by the Employer
3.2. The Intern shall be responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working
order and shall immediately report any damage or loss to the Employer
4. Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1. The Intern agrees to comply with all policies, procedures, and standards set by
the Employer
4.2. The Intern shall be responsible for managing client appointments and ensuring
a positive client experience.
4.3. The Intern agrees not to engage in any competing business or provide similar
services outside the scope of this Agreement during the term of this contract.
4.4. The Intern agrees not to perform services not made through the agreed booking
site.
5. Term and Termination
5.2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement with 14days’ written notice to the
other Party.
5.3. The Employer may terminate this Agreement immediately if the Intern fails to
comply with any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
6. Con dentiality and Non-Disclosure
6.1. The Intern agrees not to disclose any proprietary or con dential information re-
garding the Employer’s business, training methods, client information, or any other
sensitive information learned during the term of this Agreement for 1year after ter-
mination of this agreement
6.2. This clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The Intern acknowledges that any materials, training content, and methodolo-
gies provided by the Employer are the intellectual property of the Employer
7.2. The Intern agrees not to reproduce, share, or use these materials outside the
scope of this Agreement without prior written consent from the Employer
8. Indemnity
8.1. The Intern agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Parent Company from
any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable at-
torney fees) arising from the Interns actions, negligence, or misconduct.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be re-
solved through negotiation between the Parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved
amicably, it shall be referred to mediation or binding arbitration in

10. Miscellaneous
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and
supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
10.2. Any amendments or modi cations to this Agreement must be made in writing
and signed by both Parties.
10.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement as of the date
