> Each answer must be taken care of :

- Newcomers (Can't really get a good balance or a good speed)

- Intermediates (Can jump and land, can at least do a front and a back flip)

- Experienced (Need adjustments and some advanced points)

You can cut your answer in different points for each of them or do a general answer which is
should be understandable by everyone.

> Do not explain which joints states to do (extend your kneed, hold your chest, etc.) but
explain the general idea which it should help to see "where to go".

> Do not forget that every explanations will never replace experience and training.

> Where do I start?

To start in tricking I recommend having at least a decent idea of how your tori moves and
some experience moving around and controlling your momentum. As long
as you have a good grip on how to move your tori to a position you want, and gain
momentum, then you have a good basis to start tricking and learning more intricate
techniques.

> How to do a jump/back flip/front flip/land in a good position to start again ?

Backflips and Frontflips are the first moves that people end up learning, due to the fact that
there is no twisting involved. As for the landing and takeoff, this
applies for any trick you will do. When taking off from any position into any trick, you want to
throw your tori as high as you can upwards before you start initiating
any sort of twist or flip, this will help with your height and give you more time to complete the
trick you are trying properly. As for the landing, there are many types
of landings, the one that you will initially learn is a "complete" landing, which is landing
exactly how you start. As a general idea for landing, you want to land
in any position that will center your balance or throw your momentum in a certain way that
you want. This is where you can start getting creative with your tricking.

> How do I take/keep speed?

So, any trick or landing position that you can land controlled can result in you gaining
momentum from it. For example, a hyper landing (which is landing on your
opposite leg with en extra 90 degrees of rotation) can be used to do any sort of
cheatstep(vanish) into another kick, takeoff, or any setup. You want to keep your flow steady
and
in the same direction, if you start your tricking combo rotating counterclockwise, keep it that
way, because if you rotate clockwise afterwards it will take away from your flow
and will also result in all of your tricks being "*darkside"

As for stopping your momentum, it is hard when you have a large amount of it, but if you
have a large amount of momentum you can setup into a large trick and take off to make
yourself
go as straight up as possible, transferring all or most of your horizontal momentum into
vertical momentum, resulting in you being able to come down to land your trick and pose or
continue
with your combo

*Darkside - The opposite side, or doing a trick with the opposite direction of spin from
normal. It is somewhat uncommon for trickers to utilize both sides,
or directions of spin, so tricks done on the non-dominant orientation, or from the opposite
side during a combo, are referred to as being darksided.

> How do I use my legs from hips to ankles ?

Your legs are your main factors in tricking, you use them to push off the ground or throw in
the air to gain momentum, you always want to be in control of your
hips, having good leg control will result in being much more controlled and aesthetically
pleasing during your replay. Closing your legs together will allow you
to be able to spin fast, while opening your legs will slow you down and kill off your
momentum. Always stay balanced and think of creative transitions or
setups. As for how to use them, this is really something that you have to just practice and get
down, the technique will come to you after a while.

> How do I use my arms from shoulders to wrists ?

Just as with your legs, your arms can be thrown around to gain momentum, they are a main
factor when taking off the ground in order to get your tori in the air. You must keep control of
your arms and elbows in every situation, your pecs are very important while twisting, you can
use them to start the twist and them bring them back to the center once you have initiated it,
if you watch other trickers you will see that their chest and pecs will be straight most of the
time they are twisting. Once again, bringing your arms in will allow
you to twist faster, while opening them out will cancel out your momentum.

> How do I make a good transition between two moves ?'

There's a plethora of different transitions that you can do.

-Cheat step
-Backside setup
-Swingthrough
-Carrythrough
-Wrap
-Reverse
-Rapid
-Pop
-Punch
-Vanish

And these aren't even scratching the surface of all of them. You need to learn how to land to
accomplish whatever setup that you are going for, anything landed in complet can result in
any swing through, vanish, or pop setup, while other landings such as hypers can set you up
for wraps, carry throughs, or many other setups. You should get a grasp
on what setups there are and learn how to go into each one as you choose.

> What are the beginner techniques that I should learn first ?

Just take it easy, backflip, flashkick, handsprings, work on doing some basic cheat kicks or
backside vert kicks. This will get you aware of how to move your tori
and gain momentum.

> What are the intermediate techniques that I could learn ?

You can start twisting here, I assume by now you will have enough awareness of your tori to
be able to start trying stuff such as twisting, which will result in
tricks such as corks and fulls, along with other variations.

> What are the experienced techniques that I could learn ?

Welp, you're pretty good at tricking now, start to get creative, there is an infinite amount of
combos, variations, kicks, setups, and transitions that you can string
together, don't try to make a basic replay. You should start testing yourself and keep
expanding your boundaries in tricking.

> Do you have any more tips ?

I HIGHLY recommend to look into IRL tricking, using techniques from real life and
understanding how the body moves will help you a ton when you transfer it to toribash.
Talk with other toribash trickers, find inspiration, and most of all just don't lose hope. Tricking
can feel very hard or intimidating but it gets better and easier the more you practice it.
