They will be taught about proper food storage and handling procedure and practice

hygiene in the kitchen areas strictly.
6. Team Collaboration
As teamwork during the busy periods is the most needed they will be taught to have an
effective
communications within the team like using jargons and short bullet words where there is
a clear
understanding to all the employees to have a quick reaction.

They will be trained on suggestive selling, upselling, highlighting specials and
promotions,
suggesting appropriate foods while recommending profitable ones. As we are playing
