Project aims and objectives (e.g. what do you wish to achieve? What do you want to learn to do?
What do you want to find out?)
Project Title – AI-Driven Four-Storeyed RCC Apartment Complex
In response to the growing demands of urbanization and the rapid economic expansion of the
construction industry, this project aims to develop and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) and
emerging technologies in the design, construction, and operation of a four-storeyed reinforced cement
concrete (RCC) apartment complex. The primary goals are to implement AI throughout all
construction stages while improving the quality, safety, and comfort of the building for its occupants.
The objectives of this project are to integrate AI and emerging technologies across all stages of
the four-storeyed RCC apartment complex. This includes optimizing design efficiency through AI-
driven modeling and simulations, which will enhance material usage, reduce construction time, and
minimize environmental impact. AI will enhance predictive maintenance to ensure a longer building
lifespan and lower costs, while also improving resident comfort and safety through smart home
features and automated security systems. Additionally, AI will streamline project management to
ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders, contributing to sustainable urban development and
enhanced occupant experiences.

Section Five: Activities and Timescales
Activities to be carried out during the project How long will this take:
-Define the aims and objectives for this project This will take about six months.
-Analyze the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder
-Prepare and identify the drawings and specifications by the
utilization of AutoCAD and ETABS
-Make work breakdown structure, organizational chart, and
project Gantt chart
-Create the model of four-storeyed R.C.C building
-Estimate all the costs for this project
-Plan the weekly schedule for managing the site to meet the
requirements of this project’s aims
-Consider the health and safety regulation
-Plan and consider the techniques for net-zero construction
-Access the construction stages and all the group members’ work
activities
-Evaluate all the construction activities and work practices of each
participant for this project
