Format/Mechanics:
Number of copies to be submitted
 2 spiral bound copies
Length
 Approximately 35 to 40 pages (about 10,000 to 12,000 words)
Paper
 A4 white bond paper
Typing
 Font: Times New Roman
 Standard letter size: Title – 14, and text – 12
 Black colour
 one side of the paper
 line spacing: 1.5
Margin
 Left: 1.25 inch
 Right, top, and bottom: 1 inch
Page numbers
 The preliminary pages use lower case Roman numerals (i, ii, iii, iv, v ….) with the
exception of title page which has no page number (page number on the top right).
 Beginning from the introduction chapter, use Arabic numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ……) on
the top right of each page (No page number at the beginning of chapter page).
Alignment
 Unjustified right edge /Align left (Ctrl+L)
 Justified all preliminary parts
Indentation
 The first line of all paragraphs should be indented by 0.5 inch except the first
paragraph of the executive summary.
Use of Tables
 Write table number on the left with boldface above the table.
 And then write table heading in the left and italicized it with title case. –
 Make table with horizontal line only in the top and bottom.
 Do not use vertical line in the table

 Write figure No. with bold face above the figure on the left.

 And then, write title of the figure below the figure No. with italic letters on the left side
with the title case
