Client Responsibilities
The client will support BuildifAI throughout the project. In addition, the client
will:
Provide necessary help to BuildifAI team in understanding the requirements
along with all the applicable business rules and relevant application
documents.
Provide in-depth walkthrough on all the requirements to the crafter before
the start of design work. Provide assets like photos, articles etc within the
first three days of the project start date.
Payment Gateway & POS Subscription Will Take Care By Client ( Additional
Cost )
Try ensuring that the turnaround time is one business day for any
clarifications asked for.
Promptly approve designs with a formal go-ahead sign-off from the client
so the customisation and personalisation rules can be worked on.
Provide access to images and exact file names to be used
Provide feedback as and when the design modules are made available by
The Crafter to The Client.
Provide access to the server and database during the design phase (If
applicable).
Servers to be handled by The Client (If applicable).
The Crafter will require assistance in adding any third-party if need be (If
applicable)
Assumptions
The following assumptions have been made while drafting this SOW:
Any significant changes that impact the current scope are recommended to
go through a change management process to evaluate the impact and
mutually agree on a revised schedule which may involve amendments to
this SOW.
All confirmations and approvals received through emails will suffice.
The BuildifAI team works in general shifts (i.e.) from 10 AM to 7 PM IST from
Monday - Friday. We don’t work on weekends and public holidays.
We have the right to display this project in the company portfolio.
The client will pay for Wordpress subscription, purchase and maintenance
costs.
Fees and Payment Schedule

First Payment (40%): An initial payment of INR 1,20,000 is to be made upon
signing the Statement of Work (SOW)
Second Payment (30%): A second payment of INR 90,000 is due on
completion of the Desig
Final Payment (30%): The final payment of INR 90,000 is required before the
website goes live.
The project fee has been calculated on the mentioned SOW under the Scope
section on page 2 and one round of feedback incorporation.
Any additional requirements and feedback rounds will be billed additionally.
Note: Any stock images/videos if required are not included in the project fees
and will be billed to the client as per actuals
12th Dec 2024 or 2 working days after the date of signing the SOW by the client
and payment of the signing amount, whichever is later. A different start date
can also be mutually agreed on. Please note, however, that design time will
only start once the requirements have been finalized and the signing amount is
paid by the client or on the project start date mentioned above, whichever is
later.
The project is expected to be completed within 4+ weeks from the project start
date, provided that all necessary details, requirements, and feedback are
shared on time by the client.
The crafter will submit invoices on a milestone basis. Invoices raised for the
services under this SOW will have a due date printed on them and will need to
be cleared by that date. A late fee of 2.5% per month will be applicable if the
invoices are not cleared on time. In case more than one invoice is pending to be
cleared, the crafter may, at their discretion, choose to stop further work and
notify the client of this decision by email. The time lost in such a scenario will
not be counted against the project time requested by the crafter to execute
the project and hence may lead to delays in delivery.
The crafter and the client mutually agree while providing services under this
SOW, and a period of one year after the completion of this SOW, that they will
not, directly or indirectly, solicit or entice for employment or hire or otherwise
contract for services of any employee of the other party or one of the other
party’s affiliated companies
The crafter and the client agree on the following change management process
for SOW amendment and/or extension.
All changes from this statement of work will be tracked through a mutually
agreed change request - emailed to both the crafter and the client.
Change requests can be raised by either the client or by the crafter.
All change requests must be approved by the client and the crafter through
email.
Only approved change requests will be added to the project scope.
Delays in change request approvals, clarification log resolutions or query
resolutions can all lead to delays in planned delivery dates.
