(About school and classroom)
1. During the inaugural day of teacher training at the government school, the collaborative
nature of the staff was evident.
On the first day of teacher training in a government school, fostering a cooperative atmosphere among
the staff is essential for ensuring a productive and positive learning experience.
Staff members can create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting each other warmly and expressing
enthusiasm for the upcoming training. Small gestures such as, smiles, and introductions can help break
the ice and build rapport among colleagues.
2. Discussion on why Government has changed his policy of giving free books to needy school
students? (10 min)
One of the most common reasons for not providing books to students could be budgetary limitations.
Governments may face financial challenges or budget cuts, forcing them to prioritize spending on other
critical areas such as healthcare, infrastructure, or social welfare programs. In such cases, educational
resources like textbooks may be deprioritized to allocate funds to other pressing needs.
3. While overseeing the behavior of 9th- B Grade students who exhibit exemplary manners. (2.30
hours)
Participative and well-mannered students in the 9th grade are those who actively engage in classroom
activities, discussions, and group work while demonstrating respectful behavior and social etiquette.
These students willingly participate in class discussions, ask questions, share their thoughts and ideas,
and collaborate with their peers on academic tasks. Additionally, they exhibit courteous and respectful
behavior towards their teachers, classmates, and other school staff members.
4. As I asked some questions also related to the curriculum of previous 8th class. (15 min)

5. Discussion about the science subject’s importance in our life (25 min)
Biology is the study of living organisms and their interactions with each other and the
environment. By studying biology, we gain a deeper understanding of life itself, including the
processes that occur within living organisms, how they function, and how they interact with
their surroundings.
Chemistry contributes to the design, synthesis, and characterization of materials used in various
industries, including construction, electronics, transportation, and manufacturing. It enables the
development of new materials with desired properties such as strength, conductivity, and
durability. Chemistry is behind the formulation of household cleaners, detergents, and
disinfectants. It involves understanding the properties of surfactants, solvents, and other
ingredients, as well as their effectiveness in removing dirt, grease, and germs while minimizing
environmental impact.
Physics provides the foundation for technological advancements and innovations. It is
instrumental in the development of electronics, telecommunications, transportation, and
infrastructure. Understanding principles of physics such as mechanics, electromagnetism, and
thermodynamics is essential for designing and optimizing technologies that we use daily,
including smartphones, computers, automobiles, and public transportation systems.
And a little bit discussion on mathematics about sets and matrix.
Suggestions for Improvement:
It's important to note that the decision not to provide books to students may have implications for
educational access, equity, and learning outcomes, especially for disadvantaged students who may rely
heavily on school-provided resources. Therefore, policymakers must carefully weigh the potential
consequences of such decisions and consider alternative strategies to support student learning and
educational attainment.
