2. Risks:
1) Occupation of agricultural land and residential area: Building such reactor
will occupy a large area that may be suitable for living.
Mitigation: Give compensation to those who had farmland or houses there.
2) The reactor may be doubted by the masses: Some people will consider that the
reactor could radiate outward so that they might protest.
Mitigation: Explain to the residents that the reactor will reduce radiation instead of gathering
radioactive matters. Besides, it will also produce electricity. It has many benefits but does little harm.
3) Destructing local creatures’ habitat: Occupying so much land will definitely
reduce the habitat of wildlife.
Mitigation: Pay attention to the recovery of the area after the construction work.

3. Budget:

ITEM Budget (USD) Total(USD)

Reactor Design 300,000,000,000
Direct Labour
Land 10,000,000,000
Compensation for residents 300,000 310,000,320,
Travel (Speaker, Experts, Researchers) 000
Per diem (incl. accommodation and “75% additional payment”) 20,000

It's important to note that these figures are hypothetical, and adjustments may be needed based on the
evolving requirements and unexpected events during the project's lifecycle.
