This report addresses a growing concern on campus: the disruption caused by late-night
parties and misconduct in the hostel. These disturbances are not only interfering with
students' academic performance and sleep but also challenging the overall discipline and
campus culture.

Through interviews with the Hostel Warden, Faculty Members, and the Student Committee, a
clear picture emerged of the issues at hand:

The heart of the problem is the impact on academic life. Noise from late-night parties
prevents students from getting enough rest, leading to punctuality issues and disengagement
in classes. To tackle this, five key solutions were proposed:
 Enforce strict curfew and quiet hours.
 Implement regular inspections and penalties.
 Organize student-led social activities.
 Host awareness campaigns and workshops.
 Deploy security measures for monitoring.
After careful evaluation, the most effective approach emerged as Regular Hostel Inspections
and Penalties, ensuring that students comply with rules. The Action Plan involves enforcing
these inspections, establishing clear penalties, and encouraging student involvement in
maintaining order. As a backup, awareness campaigns and peer mentorship will support long-
term changes.

This plan aims to restore discipline, improve punctuality, and create a positive campus
culture that balances social engagement with academic success.

To identify the problems in our campus, we interviewed major stakeholders addressing the
