Machine Operator
1.0 BASIC PURPOSE
1.1 To ensure continuous Operation of the machine.
1.2 To ensure products are of correct specifications.
1.3 To ensure GMP and GHK are well implemented online.
2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Operate the assigned machine.
2.2 Performs machine adjustment at all machine parameters and settings as necessary.
2.3 Assist in Preventive Maintenance of assigned machines scheduled time of
improvements.
2.4 Assist in Cleaning and Sanitization of the Equipment
2.5 Produce quality output.
2.6 Observes proper housekeeping and maintains safety in his work.
2.8 Ensure regular submission of records with accurate data.
2.9 Assist and guide the production helpers.
2.10 Coordinate to production supervisor regarding correct specification of running quality
2.11 Ensure submission of 1st output.
Occasional Duties
2.6 Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
3.0 ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
3.1 Reports to : Production Supervisor, Operations [Link]
3.2 Supervises : None
3.3 Interfaces with : Maintenance – Regarding machine problems that may cause
deviation on the quality of the product.
4 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
4.1 Education : at least High School Graduate
4.2 Experience : 6 months experience in related field of work is an advantage
4.3 Skills : Attentive to details
