Sample letter:
Dear Sir or Madam,
The reason why I am writing this letter to you is that I would like to join
your English course as well as request some information about it.
First and foremost, I want to inform you about my current level of
English. Having studied it from the beginner level for 3 years, I now
finished upper-intermediate level, so I currently can communicate in this
language fluently.

With regard to how I knew about your classes, one of my friends is your
former students who got C1 in Multilevel, studying in your groups. He
recommended your lessons to me so that I can achieve a similar high
result.
Lastly, I have a few questions about the course. I wonder if I have to
take a placement test beforehand, and how much is the tuition fee?
Moreover, as I am occupied part-time with my work, can you organize
flexible hours for me to have the lessons?
I look forward to your reply as soon as possible.
All kind regards,
Iskandar Rakhimjonov
