In the matter of RO dealership of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd at
Location‘Thiyagadurgam to Ulundurpet on NH79 - RHS’, District Kallakurichi
in Tamilnadu State under category OPENAdvertised on 28.06.2023. I, Mrs.R.
Maheshwari wife of Mr. R. Rabert, Age42 year’s resident of No 2/119, Adari
Main Road, Virugavur, Kallakurichi – 606203, do hereby solemnly declare:
1. That my husband Mr.R. Rabert, has applied for the above RO
Dealership and BPCL has issued a Letter of Intent vide letter ref no
TRT/LOI/2023/Thiyagadurgam to Ulundurpet dated 08.06.2024. in
favor of my husband.
2. That I am aware that as per Terms and Conditions of the Dealer
Selection, I have to be inducted as co-owner, i.e. 50% partner of the
RO dealership allotted to my [Link].
That I do not wish to be made a partner in the Dealership allotted to my
husband andMr.R. Rabert for personal reasons.
