Leather shade found out of RL approved shade -A) Leather Matcher/Cutter to properly train to match the skins for each Product as per the RL
approve shade band. B) Bundle checker to be trained to check and approve the Product panels as per the RL approved shade band.

Brand logo slant attached - A) Provide the template to follow B) Stitching operator need to follow the pattern markings to avoid unevenness.

Panel to Panel Shading Miss Match A) Leather Matching/Cutting operator was not review leather shade band and checked leather while cutting. B)
100% quality check leather with RL approved shade band before start cutting leather with RL standard.

Snap Button wrong placement: A) Provide Template for correct placement. B) Operator need to follow the marking precisely.

Pocket flap top stitch covering the brand logo embroidery - A) Provide the template to follow B) Stitching operator need to follow the pattern
markings and precise stitching at seam.

Puckering at side seam -A) Operator have not check Machine SIP and thread tension before starting the work. B) Give training to operator to check
machine setting, follow template and marking before starting the operation to avoid puckering.

Glue- (A) Workstation is not cleaned before starts stitching work. (B) Workstation need to be clean before start work and it should be clean prior to
packing at finishing stage.

Thread tension loose- A) Ensure the machines SPI and tension is correct. B) Please check the machine setting before stitching.

Loose leather- A) Leather selection needs to check leather/ panel as per gauge standard B) Leather Bundle checker need to check the gauge for all
cut panels and the replace the panels not meeting the above standard.

Scratch Mark: A) All workstations need to be clean and there should be absolutely no sharp edges on working areas. B) Operators need to
feed/handle the garment carefully.

stitching. C) Machine guide to be provided to follow for precise stitch.

Stain - (A) Work Station should be clean before starts any work. (B) Do not use excess adhesive near working area and it should be clean prior to
packing at finishing stage.

Uncut Thread (A) Instruct operator to cut excess thread after finish stitching (B) Extra thread need to be cut properly before sending it to next step.
Needle Bursting- (A) Instruct machine operator Check machine setting before start stitching work (B) Operator need to set machine setting and check
mock for stitching.

Pencil Mark - (A) Work Station should be clean before starts any work. (B) Clean Pencil Marks after stitching the product it should be clean prior to
packing at finishing stage.

Broken Stitch A) Stitching broken due to machine setting not set properly and needle damaged. B) Correct number needle and Machine setting set
and checked before start stitching.

Zipper not Properly Close- A) Zipper metal lock not properly tight while attaching zipper on the product panel. B) Operator needs to follow the
Template for placement of zipper on product and ensure all metal lock should be tight and secure.

Poor Folding - A) Provide Template for correct placement. B) Operator need to follow the marking precisely.

Label Slant Attached- A) Provide Template for correct placement. B) Operators need to follow the marking precisely.

Needle Cuts- (A) Instruct machine operator Check machine setting and marking before start stitching work (B) Operator need to set machine setting
and check mock for stitching.

Raw Edge on Zipper Puller- (A) Instruct operator to cut excess raw edges before attachment (B) Extra raw edges on leather need to be trimmed
properly before sending it to next step.

Uneven Belt Shape- Proper template need to be provided & marking to be given to operator. B) Operator to be follow marking to match and balancing
of belt strap while weaving to avoid uneven shape.

Wrinkle Marks on Leather- A) Poor handling of product components on production line while attaching and stitching leather straps and bottom. B)
Given instructions to supervisors and operators how to move or handle the components on production line for making product and work efficient.
