A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING HON. REYMARK CASTILLO AS THE NEW
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) OF BARANGAY LATI-AN.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) plays a vital role in promoting the welfare
and interests of the youth in our community;
WHEREAS, the recent SK elections held last August 07, 2024, resulted in the election of
Hon. Reymark Castillo as the new SK Chairman;
WHEREAS, Hon. Reymark Castillo has demonstrated exceptional commitment to
serving the youth and has outlined plans for various initiatives to empower the young people
of Barangay Latian;
WHEREAS, it is essential to formally acknowledge and support the leadership of the
newly elected SK Chairman to ensure a collaborative effort in addressing youth-related
issues;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation
session duly assembled, to officially recognize and support Hon. Reymark Castillo as the new
SK Chairman of Barangay Latian;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation
commits to working alongside the SK Chairman in implementing programs that promote
youth engagement, development, and empowerment in the community.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be made available to all relevant
stakeholders and posted in conspicuous places within the Municipality of Kiblawan for public
information.

A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE LOGO OF THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN MUNICIPAL FEDERATION AS THE NEW LOGO OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN.
WHEREAS, the Logo of Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation marks the
strength, symbols for learning, sportsmanship, unity, and protecting our world;
WHEREAS, the SK symbol represents the powerful voice of our youth, echoing our
commitment to actively shaping our community and governance. It signifies our unending
support for youth empowerment and the cultivation of future leaders;
WHEREAS, the Education symbol symbolizes the belief in education’s transformative
power to uplift individuals and communities and create a brighter future for all;
WHEREAS, Physical Health symbolizes good sportsmanship. It embodies our
commitment to a well-rounded development in both physical fitness and a healthy
competitive spirit.
WHEREAS, Eight Shining Stars symbolizes each letter of Kiblawan, embodying the
unity and strength of our local identity. They represent our deep pride in our heritage and our
unwavering determination to make a positive impact on our community;
WHEREAS, Gender Equality symbolizes for promoting the equality, inclusivity, and
respect for all genders. It embodies our belief in fairness, diversity, and empowerment for
everyone.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataaan Municipal
Federation session duly assembled to officially recognize the Logo of the Sangguniang
Kabataan Municipal Federation of the Municipality of Kiblawan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation
commits to play the symbol of the New Logo of the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal
Federation in implementing programs that promote youth engagement, development, and
empowerment within the community.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution be made available to all relevant

WHEREAS, the recent SK elections held on August 09, 2024, resulted in the election of
Hon. Dario Jr. S. Dalumatan as the new SK Chairman;
WHEREAS, Hon. Dario Jr. S. Dalumatan has demonstrated exceptional commitment to
serving the youth and has outlined plans for various initiatives to empower the young people
of Barangay Balasiao;
WHEREAS, it is essential to formally acknowledge and support the leadership of the
newly elected SK Chairman to ensure a collaborative effort in addressing youth-related
issues;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation
session duly assembled, to officially recognize Hon. Dario Jr. S. Dalumatan as the new SK

A RESOLUTION FOR CONGRATULATING THE FORMER SK CHAIRMAN OF
BARANGAY LATI-AN , HON. VINCE MARK GEMINO FOR COMPLETING THE
PROGRAM OF INSTRUCTION AS JAIL OFFICER/TRAINEES (JO1/T)
WHEREAS, Hon. Vince Mark Gemino, former SK Chairman of Barangay Latian, has
completed the Program of Instruction as Jail Officer/Trainee (JO1/T) with dedication and
perseverance;
WHEREAS, his achievement reflects his strong work ethic, discipline, and determination
to excel in his chosen field;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the members of the Sangguniang Kabataan
Municipal Federation hereby extend our warmest congratulations to Hon. Vince Mark
Gemino for Completing the Program of Instruction as Jail Officer/Trainee (JO1/T);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be furnished to Hon. Vince Mark
Gemino, as a token of our appreciation and support for his accomplishment.
