Do you like sports? -I am not a big fan of sports but I do like being active to stay in shape. Regular
exercise helps me maintain a healthy and happy life.
Do you often watch sports on TV?-Not much really! I get bored easily. I always try to avoid
watching sports unless it’s an exciting or important event, like the World Cup.
Do you prefer watching or playing sports? -I’d rather play sports myself than sit and watch
others because being active is better for my health. However, I do enjoy watching football on TV every
once in a while, especially when my favourite team plays.
Do you play any sports?-Not anymore. I was really interested in football as a child, but I think that I
couldn't play it well so nowadays, I enjoy running around by my house or cycle . I’m not sure if these are
considered sports, but I’m really into physical activity.

Do you like to buy expensive shoes? -No. I tend to buy reasonably-priced shoes because I'm
more interested in comfort than expensive brands.
Why do you think some people buy many pairs of shoes? - I suppose they have enough
money to plash out on different shoes to match their outfits. But for people who are living on a meagre
income like me, I can only afford 2-3 pairs.
Have you ever received a pair of shoes as a gift?-Yes, when my uncle living in the USA paid
my family a visit several years ago, he gave me a pair of sneakers, which were a bit pricey I guess. I
didn’t like it at first to be honest because it looked a bit weird, but it gradually grew on me.
Did you ever buy shoes online? -Well yes I did, but I don’t like it very much. When buying things
on the Internet, I will have to cover delivery expenses, which can be sometimes pricey. If I go to the store,
it will be much more reasonable.
When you buy shoes, do you prefer convenience or style?-During my purchasing I pay
heed both to style and convenience. I try to find such product which combines these qualities. Moreover, I
prefer flate leather shoes rather than high-heeled.

1. Describe a party that you joined
Bài làm:
The party was my best friend’s birthday celebration. It took place last month, during the evening . My
friend held the party in a restaurant. The venue had a wooden polished floor and was very simply
decorated with some tastefully positioned fairy lights and candles. There was low-level music playing
and lots of places to sit and chat or mingle with other guests. If I remember correctly, there were white
tablecloths over the tables and some simple but lovely floral decorations.
The food was provided by a friend who specializes in fast street food. You could queue up for a delicious
meal presented in a wrap from a very jolly woman serving from an open-sided vehicle parked in the
cobbled courtyard outside. In a separate annexed room inside was a table almost collapsing under the
weight of delicious home-made cakes and puddings on one side, and glorious British cheeses on the
other.
Besides eating and drinking, I made a lot of new friends. The music got louder from 9PM. Everyone
including me danced to the music until midnight . I definitely had a great time at the party.
