CURRENT SITUATION Enhancing skills and developing abilities in terms of teaching and
molding my future students.

CAREER GOAL(S) To be proficient in my chosen career or profession.

SKILLS GAP Teaching skills , communication skills and confidence are just few of the
factors I need to improve.

ACTIONS • Develop my teaching skills through applying the advices given by my


mentor and other professional advice.
• Enhancing my communication skills through engaging into a team
building activities or seminars.
• Fostering confidence through neglecting the hindrances and removing
toxic thinking and people.
EVALUATION This plan should be evaluated thrice a month to ensure the progress and
development. This will also help to check whether there’s a little
achievement or none.
