You are to conduct an interview with an employee to conduct job analysis for a job of your choice. The
method to use for the job analysis is an interview. You may also want to ask about training and human
resource development needs for their position.
Start major activities, specific duties, and responsibilities with a verb.
You are expected to follow the format below (and that given in most HRM texts):

3. Job Summary: (Limit to two to four sentences)
4. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
