Q1:- Hello sir, I am Nishant Sharma I am 22 years old and I belongs to Agra.
I have done
my schooling and intermediate from Jagner which is my hometown.I have done my
graduation from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra and currently I'm pursuing MBA
from GLA University Mathura I have 6 month of experience in Global Trans Systems Nashik,
Maharashtra. My hobbies are Cricket, Cooking and Dancing. My strength are I am hard
working individual, enthusiastic, I can work under the pressure.
Q2:- I choose my MBA from GLA university because it is near from my home and one of the
finest University in a region. GLA is good in terms of placements and studies. The
infrastructure of Campus is good they provide all the facilities for the students like library
laboratory and the conduct all the activities that students should do it during the college time.
Q3: My strengths are I am hard working individual I am ready to work at any time at any
pace. It is actually give me advantage sometimes. I can work under the pressure. I am
enthusiastic individual, always excited to learn new things and I can manage team and
successfully correlate with them.
Q4:- My weaknesses are I am little emotional sometimes I took decision emotionally. I am
little lazy as well and it is really hard to connect with new place and with new people
sometimes but by the time I manage all the things.
Q5: I choose marketing and Finance because is suitable to my nature and personality and
their is big scope in these two domain specially in Marketing. I can work in fields like B2B
sales and all and I have little experience as well. I choose finance because I have a four
years experience in stock market which stimulate my interest in finance as well.
Q6:- I want to join this organisation because I think this is the right place to enhance my
skills and to learn business. I think I can contribute in this organisation according to my skills
and I can add some values.
Q7:- Because I am a hard working individual and enthusiastic I am eager to learn new things
and I can add value in the organisation according to my skills and knowledge.
Q8:- yes I am ready to relocate myself all through I'm very flexible towards my work. As of
now I'm manitaining my CPI and my attendance also I'm looking Drives of companies. I'm
managing my MBA same as well I'll manage the work in the organization.
Q9:-My role model is Elon Musk I think He is very hard working and very ambitious. He is a
innovator, thinker and A great businessman. whole world is inspiring with him.
Q10:- In my Summer Internship program I work under the assistant sales manager but I
deal Distributors I learned how distribution part companies executed and how to deal with
distributors. How the work environment affected the individual, under the assistant sale
manager I learned more about dynamics of sales and execution [Link] I faced lot of
challanges but I learned a lot of things
Q11:- I have four members in my family. my father is a farmer my mother is housewife and
my little sister studies in 9th standard and I'm pursuing my MBA.
Q12:- I am comfortable in both. I am comfortable with Team and I am also comfortable with
individual.
Q13:- it depends on the companies interest or the integrity of the topic
Q14:- my short term goal is to get a job in this company and my long term goal is to get
higher position in this company.
Q15:- let's take the example to understand the difference between hard work and smart work
so this is the assignment that are Vipin sir give us and this is very good assignment a lot of
students start writing on paper by pan and complete this assignment in 2 hours but I choose
to type all the answers of questions which take times approximately 20 minutes. The
outcome is same but if you type you can save a lot of time so that the difference.
Q16:- I regularly update myself by reading News articles and newspapers and by looking at
companies performance.
Q17:- I like Marketing and Finance. The subjects are excites me most and it really stimulate
my interest.
Q18:- there is no such subjects I like the least but here are some subject where I find some
difficulties like quantitive techniques and research methodology.
Q19:- yes I believed I have got 89% in my high school and 82% my 12th standard 57.22 in
my graduation and my current CPI in MBA is 7.5 which is 75%. I think these are the good
grades.
Q20:- I think one of the major skills I developed that I become more extrovert then I was now
I don't feel any difficulty to talk with new people talking about the heart skills MS Excel ,
Power BI and presentation.
