without any categorical type of selection, it was clear that most of the respondents are female.
2. The graph illustrates the height distribution of the respondents. It can be seen that most of the
respondents have height around 150 to 170 cm. The number of respondents is relatively low in
the height around 120 to 130 cm and 180 to 200 cm . However, while the number of
respondents decreased in those heights, the number of respondents grew steadily around 140
to 150 cm and 170 to 180 cm.
Overall, we can see a clear bell-shaped or symmetric, single peaked (unimodal) distribution in the height
of the respondents which means that the respondents are normally distributed in terms of their height.
3. The graph shows the weight distribution of the respondents. It can be seen that 58 of the
respondents have weight between 40 to 50 kgs and around 35 respondents have weight
between 50 to 60 kgs. The number of respondents with the weight of 100 to 120 kgs and 140 to
160 kgs were relatively low. However, while the number of respondents decreased in those
weights, the number of respondents grew steadily around 20 to 40 kgs and 80 to 100 kgs.
Overall, it is clear that most of the respondents have weight around 40 to 50 kgs and we can see that the
graph is right skewed which means that the respondents are not normally distributed in terms of their
weight.
4. The graph shows the results of a survey in which the respondents aged 16 and above were
asked about their sexual orientation. The question referred to being a heterosexual,
homosexual, bisexual, pansexual, asexual or a transgender.
From the bar chart it was clear that majority of the respondents were heterosexual, with ninety eight
responses. Four respondents were pansexual, three were bisexual and two were homosexual.
In conclusion, since the researchers conducted the survey with random selection of respondents, it was
clear that most of the respondents were heterosexual.
5. The bar chart illustrates the distribution of the respondents according to their age.
It can be seen that most of the respondents have age 22, followed by 21, 20, 23 and 17 years old. The
number of respondents with age 19, 29, 31 to 34 and 42 to 53 years old were relatively low. However,
while the number of respondents in those age decreased, the number of respondents grew steadily
around age 24 to 28 and 35 to 41 years old.
Overall, it is clear that most of the respondents have age 22 and we can see that the graph was right
skewed which means that the respondents were not normally distributed according to their age.
6. The bar chart illustrates the distribution of the respondents according to their age bracket. The
question referred to were 16 to 20, 21 to 25, 26 to 30, 31 to 35 and 36 years old and above.
It can be seen that most of the respondents have age 21 to 25 years old, followed by 16 to 20, and 26 to
30 years old. However, the number of respondents with age 31 to 35 and 36 and above were relatively
low.
Overall, it is clear that most of the respondents have age bracket of 21 to 25 and we can also see that
the graph were right skewed which means that the respondents are not normally distributed according
to their age bracket.
7. The graph illustrates the distribution of the respondents according to their Average Family
Monthly Income. The question referred to were below Php 10,000 , 10,001 to 20,000 , 20,001 to
30,000 and above 30,000.
It can be seen that most of the family monthly income of the respondents were Php 10,001 to
20,000 average monthly income with 43 responses, followed by below Php 10,000 with 37
responses and above Php 30,000 with 19 responses. However, the number of respondents with
family monthly income of Php 20,001 to 30,000 was relatively low.
Overall, it is clear that most of the respondents have average family monthly income of Php 10,001 to
20,000 and we can also see that the graph have multi modal distribution wherein there which means
that the respondents are not normally distributed according to their age bracket.
