She has experience gathering information over the phone and managing documents in google docs,
Microsoft Suite, Zoho Docs, and CRM. She is a fast learner and is prone to use other required apps or
software if needed.

4. Live Interpreting & Translation

She is capable of translations and interpretations since she had a bilingual education since
kindergarten and has a C2 EFSET proficiency test result. During her experience as an ER doctor ,
multiple times she had to communicate with English-speaking patients and translate everything for
the nurses and the specialist.

the situation when working for a US-based company. One of her roles while working as an

I’m very sympathetic and learned a few tips from sales representatives when I worked when I was a
teenager at a family business. Additionally, I understand that pregnancy is a unique and
extraordinary moment where an entire family and even a community are excited about the arrival of
a new healthy member. Through your additional services, we can give them the reassurance they
need and even prepare them otherwise.

During a past role at a Telemedicine Company, one of my duties was to schedule
appointments for patients, especially over the phone and WhatsApp. The
Telemedicine Company had its own EMR system. However, I’m eager to learn how to
use any software you’re comfortable with.

5. Health Insurance Claims, Billing & Coordination

I have experience working with insurance documentation in Honduras for private
hospitals. Most of the Honduran health System is publicly funded. However, a minor
population uses insurance coverage, especially in private practice. To effectively bill
a patient, I must confirm through phone calls the specific details of their coverage
and get authorization from the insurance company and the patient to create a
detailed invoice before the patient gets to pay using cash, credit or debit cards, or
bank transactions through phone apps. I’m willing to study and learn the rules of US
Insurance System and the billing process.
