Subject: Request for Accommodation in Hostel During Summer Vacation

Respected Sir,

I am writing to seek permission to stay in the hostel during the upcoming


summer vacation. My name is Sudeb Das, and I am a student of
Department of chemistry currently in my final semester. My roll number is
220603009.

As my final semester examinations are scheduled to commence


immediately after the summer vacation, I require a conducive
environment for preparation. The hostel provides the necessary resources
and atmosphere that will enable me to focus on my studies without
distractions.

I assure you that I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the hostel
during this period. I will also ensure that I maintain discipline and adhere
to the guidelines provided by the hostel authorities.

I kindly request you to consider my application favourably and grant me


permission to stay in the hostel during the summer vacation for academic
