11. Draw a neat labelled diagram of the plant cell and label its parts and write
the function of any two organelles.

a. When we put some acetone or petrol or perfume on our palm, it evaporates. During
evaporation, particles of the liquid absorb energy from the surface of the palm to compensate
for the loss of energy, making the surroundings cool. Hence, our palm feels cold when we put
some acetone or petrol or perfume on it.
b. This is because hot, sizzling food particles have high kinetic energy, which allows them to
diffuse quickly in the air and travel a distance of several metres, as opposed to cold food
