We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project

Associate with expertise in PCB design and IoT applications.

This role requires a solid foundation in multi-layer PCB design,
particularly for both analog and digital systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
PCB Design & Layout: Design, develop, and test multi-
layer PCB layouts for analog and digital systems, ensuring
optimal performance, durability, and manufacturability.
IoT Development: Work on integrating IoT components into
PCB designs, including sensors, communication modules
(e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), and microcontrollers.
Prototyping & Testing: Develop prototypes, conduct
testing, and implement design adjustments to meet
functional and performance requirements.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-
functional teams (hardware, firmware, and manufacturing)
to ensure product requirements are [Link] design

Manufacturing Liaison: Collaborate with manufacturing
teams to oversee PCB fabrication and assembly, ensuring
adherence to design specifications and addressing any
issues that arise during production.
Technical Support: Provide technical support during
product development cycles and ensure design changes
are properly implemented and documented.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s ([Link]), Master’s ([Link]), or Doctorate
(Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,
or a related field.
Proven experience in PCB design, including hands-on
experience with multi-layer board design and familiarity
with industry-standard software (e.g., Altium Designer,
Eagle, OrCAD).
Expertise in both analog and digital systems design, with
practical experience in mixed-signal PCB layouts.
In-depth knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes,
including an understanding of design for manufacturability
(DFM) and design for testability (DFT).
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of IoT protocols, connectivity, and
integration with hardware systems.
Familiarity with industry standards and certifications
related to PCB design and IoT products.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a
team environment.
Effective communication skills to convey complex
technical concepts and collaborate across departments.
Age Limit :
Maximum 40 years as of the notification date (relaxation

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in PCB
design and manufacturing and have a strong technical

5. IIITM-K has the right to reject the entire selection/advertisement procedure at any stage and the
