Introduction: Pathway of RTW program
The working status in individuals who suffered neurological injuries is a main
source of worries for them and their families since it affects several domains of
quality of life, such as financial, social, and physical aspects.
These worries highlight many challenges caused by persistent physical
restrictions, psychological issues, and inadequate worksite accommodations.
These obstacles highlight the need for customized rehabilitation plans to help
patients recover and return to work smoothly.
Goals:
• Recognize the importance of the RTW program.
• Maximize the benefits of early intervention and rehabilitation.
• Highlight the effectiveness of communication among healthcare providers,
employers, and employees.
• Prescribe proper recommendations and strategies to develop an optimal work
environment (Reasonable accommodation).
• Encourage patient’s involvement in recovery and community reintegration.
A multidisciplinary rehabilitation program launched in 2021 at the
Adult Daycare Rehabilitation unit of Qatar Rehabilitation Institute in
Doha, Qatar.

Conclusion
Check the work ability and performance The Return-to-Work multidisciplinary rehabilitation program was successful
