Useful and harmful materials encompasses a broad spectrum of substances that can
have both positive and negative impacts on individuals, society, and the
environment.
In discussing these kind of topic, we can dive deeper in more ways on how to
properly use the materials either useful or harmful.

We have a lot of resources to useful materials like natural resources, renewable

energy sources, medical substances, technological advancements and biodegradable.
Materials like wood, water, minerals, and fossil fuels are essential for various
industrial and domestic purposes. They form the backbone of economies worldwide,
providing raw materials for construction, energy production, and manufacturing.

Materials such as sunlight, wind, and water are harnessed to generate renewable
energy. These sources are crucial for reducing reliance on finite fossil fuels and
mitigating climate change.

Many materials derived from plants, animals, and synthetic sources are used in
medicine to diagnose, treat, and prevent diseases. Pharmaceuticals, medical devices,
and diagnostic tools save countless lives and improve quality of life.

During my demonstration, I was feeling a little heavy because I was confuse on how
will I going to deliver the lesson easy and catchy to my students, then I came up to
an idea on bringing a examples of real object, a real useful and harmful objects.

And during the class discussion, it worked out so well that my students learned the
lesson because they saw the real objects and they can classify it easily which is the
useful and the harmful one.

Harmful materials contains toxic chemicals, non-biodegradable waste, and

hazardous waste.
Substances like heavy metals, pesticides, and industrial chemicals can contaminate
air, water, and soil, posing serious health risks to humans, animals, and ecosystems.
Plastics, Styrofoam, and other non-biodegradable materials persist in the
environment for centuries, contributing to pollution, habitat destruction, and harm to
wildlife.

Materials like asbestos, medical waste, and certain chemicals require special
handling and disposal due to their toxic, carcinogenic, or infectious properties.
Improper disposal can lead to contamination of soil, water, and food sources.

Some materials are still useful even if its exposed in a certain event.
Some can still be reusable and recyclable but always remember that there is a
materials that stays harmful after being exposed in a certain event.
