Student’s Sign Up & Application Form

Student Sign Up Process
After opening the portal's URL, the student needs to sign up on the portal first.

Student Sign Up Process
To sign up, the student needs to click on the NCISM button and choose the category
'Student UG/PG'.

Student’s Sign Up Form
This process is for NEET students. The student needs to enter their category NEET,
NEET application no, and NEET roll no, and then click on 'Get Details'.

1. Select Degree
4. Enter NEET Application No.
5. Enter NEET Roll No. 6. Click on Get Details
Student’s Sign Up Form
This process is for Central Government Nomination/Foreign Nationals/Pre-Tib/NCISM
NEET Sowa-Rigpa students. The student needs to enter their category Central
Government Nomination/Foreign Nationals/Pre-Tib/NCISM NEET Sowa-Rigpa, Mobile
number,eMAIL iD and then click on 'Get Details'.

4. Enter Mobile Number 5. Enter Email Id
Students’s Sign Up Form
For NEET students, after entering the NEET application number and NEET roll
number, their name and college details will be fetched automatically. The student will
need to choose the correct email ID and mobile number for OTP authentication to verify.

Student’s Sign In Process
After successfully completing the sign-up process, the student needs to log in using
the email ID they entered during the sign-up process. If the student's email
ID/Username is incorrect, please inform your institute to update your email
ID/Username, as the institute has the provision to update your username.

After clicking on the Student Application Form, the student will need to
fill out the form. The first section is the student's personal details.

In the second section, upload your photo and signature.
