Subject: Electrical /Plumbing / HVAC Consultancy Work for the Bungalow Project: -
A. Scope in electrical system design.
● Preliminary working drawings for estimation and electrical load calculations.
● Detailed working drawings on approval of the preliminary working drawings from the architect
and client Calculation of electrical load and based on it designing the H.T. substation including
Transformers, D.P. Structures, H. T. Breakers, main L.T. panel and earthing.
● Calculation of H.T. and LT. Cable sizes based on the load and distribution system.
● Deciding the rating and designing the changeover system for D. G. set.
● Detailed internal electrical designing together with distribution system after the approval of the
preliminary designs from the architect or client.
● Designing of light fixtures or selection of the same providing detail circuiting for light points, fan
points, 5 / 15 amps plugs, A.C., Geysers, lifts, bore, pump, motors, Street Lighting etc.
B. Scope in Plumbing system design.
● Water / Sewage calculation.
● Drainage piping network design.
● Storage tanks.
● Pump room planning.
● Horizontal and vertical routing.
● Domestic water system.
● Recycle water system – if applicable
● Waste water system
● Soil water system.
● Storm water – disposal / collection / recharge system
● Irrigation system co-ordination.
● Sunk / raised / suspended systems.
● Softening plants – if required
● Hydro pneumatic systems.
● Pipe sizing.
C. Scope in HVAC system design.
● Preliminary calculation of HVAC loads and requirements.
● Preliminary space planning for equipment.
● Establish capacities of HVAC and other associated equipment and areas required for the same
● Preparation of Preliminary HVAC layouts.
D. Project coordination and management.
● Preparing tender based on quantity derived from preliminary working drawings and issuing the
same.
● Specifying the best material to be used and selecting or designing the light fixtures for the project.
● Certification of contractor’s bills on the basis of the contractor’s bills received through the site
engineer.
● Preparing and recommending detailed analysis and statements of the claims for extra/variation
items submitted by the contractor.
● Arranging for labour agencies, ordering materials, management of the project if the project is to be
done on labour basis and as per the instructions of the client.
● Calculating the load to be taken on the solar system as per the requirement of the client.
● Calculating back up supply system load for solar system and hybrid system.
● Preparing necessary drawings for approval of local authorities.

F. Requirements from the Client / Architects:
● One set of prints of the preliminary architectural and structural drawings.
● One set of print of final drawings of the all other services drawings and machinery layout.
G. SCHEDULE OF FEES:
● Project Fees: As below-

2. Site Visit Charge is Included in Consultancy Charge (Maximum – Three Visits). After that
beyond Visits to the project site will be charged at actual conveyance expenses.
3. If any visit for inspection work related to the project is out of Ahmedabad then to & from charges
by Air or Rail with 1st A/C & hotel charges will be at actual per day, extra will be charged, I will
charge Rs. 5000.00 for each site visit per day, if my engineer goes. It will be Rs. 2500.00 per day
excluding railway tickets.
4. Fees shall be payable as under:
STAGE AMOUNT
Retainer with Letter of Intent 25 % of fees
On submission of layouts Further 50 % of fees
On finalization of Orders but before Further 25 % of fees
Validity of the time limit.
5. I shall start working on the project only after the retainer is received which please be noted.
6. Project period considered by us is 18 months and the fees shall be revised as per mutual
understanding after that period.
7. In case of termination of our service due to any reason, our fees for work done up to that
Stage shall be cleared by the client.
