Job Interview

Greeting!
(The first person interview)
Lavansh: Tell me about yourself?
Aron: Thank you sir for this opportunity, I am from XYZ City and belong to a
nuclear family.
We are a very close-knit family. On an individual front, I perceive myself as a
confident, conscientious and hardworking individual.
I have always been a fast learner, and I love to keep up my process of learning to
figure out better ways of solving problems.
Moreover, I love to compete with my own past performances than competing with
my peers, as I believe that improvement is always better than perfection!”

Hasib: How would your current and previous managers describe you?

Aron: During my last performance appraisal, my manager gave me an exceptional

rating. However, if I were to think of one area my boss would say I could improve
on, it has to be that I need to relate more closely and effectively with colleagues
especially members of a project team I am part of. I am a naturally shy person, but
I have improved significantly on this aspect of my work over the years.

Abdullah: What is the difference between a group and a team? Do you consider
yourself a team player?

Aron: When two or more people working on a project with a common goal and
work together to accomplish the project, they are a team. Several people together
not working on a project is a group.
Yes I am a team player, and I have worked in a team several times to accomplish
projects.

Hasib: How do you ensure members of a team you are leading work together as a
unit and also cooperate with you on the project?

Aron: I ensure members work as a team by clearly specifying each member's role
in the team and the relevance of each member to another in the team. I also ensure
there are regular meetings to address issues that are coming up in the cause of
executing the project.

Greeting!
(The 2nd person interview)
Hasib: Tell me about yourself?

Vidhi: Thank you sir for this opportunity, I am from XYZ City.
I worked at a small shop for two years doing 50 projects a year, meeting 100% of
my deadlines. Then I worked for a bigger firm with clients like Disney and
Netflix—with 99% client satisfaction. I collaborated with the team to win an A’
Design Award. I’m excited to step into a role like this that’s designed around that
kind of efficiency and collaboration.

Lavansh: What field experience do you have for a WELFARE OFFICER

POSITION?

Vidhi: I have been working with computers since 2001. I also have a degree in
network support/computer repair. I have built my last 3 computers, have work with
Dell as an employee. So I have around 15 years experience working with
computers.

Abdullah: What have you done to improve your knowledge for a WELFARE
OFFICER POSITION IN THE LAST YEAR?

Vidhi: Everyone should learn from his or her mistakes. I always try to consult my
mistakes with my kith and kin especially with those senior to me.
I enrolled myself into a course useful for the next version of our current project. I
attended seminars on personal development and managerial skills improvement.

Lavansh: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Vidhi: I’d like to be a key player in a cutting edge agency like this. At Flexor I
prototyped 30 product features a year. One of my sites received the 2017 Webby.
That’s great, but there’s so much more I can do. A job like this would challenge
me to be my best.
