SUBJECT: Offer Letter
Dear Mr Veeramani
With reference to your application for NC Programmer position and subsequent Interviews, we
intend to offer you the post of NC Programmer with our Organization; with initial posting at our
client location, Bengaluru on the following terms and conditions:
1. You should be reporting to the duty on or before 6th November 2023
Probation
2. You will be on probation for a period of 03 (Three) months from the date of Joining Dhunee.
Your employment with Dhunee shall be confirmed subject to your performance ( work,
conduct and suitability) being found satisfactory by Dhunee
3. If your performance is not found satisfactory, the period of probation may be extended up
to a period of 01 (One) month/s or more. You shall continue to be on probation including the
extended period of probation , if any ,unless your employment is confirmed by Dhunee in
writing
Job & Emoluments
4. we are happy to offer the compensation (CTC - Cost to Company) of INR 6,00,000/- per
annum as per Annexure-1 ( enclosed here with – CTC break up shown for reference only )
5. This is only the offer letter. Your job is confirmed only when you finish all the joining
formalities and receive the appointment letter for the said position.
Location & transfer
6. Your initial posting will be at Bengaluru. However, you may be transferred at any time, from
one place /department to another place/ company. The terms and conditions of such other
place /company will be applicable to you.
Personal details
7. You shall keep the Management informed of any change in your personal details and postal
address. The last address communicated by you to Dhunee or available in Dhunee's record
will be deemed as your postal address for the purpose of all communications from Dhunee
Confidentiality
8. You shall safeguard and keep confidentiality for all times to come, the information coming to
your knowledge or possession, in the course of your employment with Dhunee. Failure to
observe this condition of employment entitles Dhunee to summarily dispense with your
services without any prior notice. Besides, Dhunee shall be free to take appropriate legal
action.
9. Your salary details should be kept confidential & should not be disclosed within Dhunee
unless allowed by Dhunee
Termination
10. During the period of probation, your services may be terminated by giving 01 (One) months’
notice with or without assigning any reasons thereof. Similarly during the period of
probation, you can also resign from your employment with Dhunee by giving 01( One)
months’ notice .However , you shall be relieved from your employment with Dhunee after
completion of the formalities of submitting a letter of resignation and obtaining "Release
Certificate" from all concerned.
11. After successful completion of your probation period, your employment with Dhunee can be
terminated by giving 03 (Three) months’ notice or basic salary in lieu thereof by Dhunee; and
you can resign from the employment of Dhunee, by giving 03 (Three) months’ notice, out of
which you shall serve at least one and half months, uninterrupted without any leave of
absence and payment of remaining one half months of notice period's Basic Salary in lieu
thereof.
Miscellaneous
12. You will be required to produce the following certificates / documents at the time of joining:
Copies of certificates of date of birth, educational qualifications and experience
copy of relieving letter / acceptance of resignation letter of last organization employed
with
Three photographs, Pan Card and Aadhar Card
In case, the above terms & conditions are acceptance to you, please sign each page of the
duplicate copy of this letter of Offer in token of your acceptance.

Details
Note: The above salary components shown here are only as reference .Please note that the
individual components may vary based on the fitment in the Company Payroll system.
However the Total emoluments will be same.
