Defence 24 security services registered under section 69 of the finance act,1994 (31 of 1994) dated
of 14/03/2017.
The proprietor of the company “Mr. Suneel Kumar Tripathi” was an NCC cadet and aspire to serve
the nation by providing full proof security 24*7, So defence 24 security services aim in giving total
solution for security concern and to make in individual to feel safe, though company is new but aim

Criteria for the Selection of Armed I Unarmed Guards
Minimum height 5’-7”/5’-8”.
Smart well built, presentable and intelligent.
Minimum Qualification Metric.
Should be able read and write English and Hindi.
Medically fit with normal eyesight.
Verification of Security Personnel
Although Policy Verification is carried out of all security personnel being recruited, our
verification teams cross check the same after visiting their residence.
Training
Defence 24 Security Services has complete in-house training arrangements. It facility compresses highly
qualified ex-serviceman from the army, navy and police. The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act
2005. It compresses a total of 21 days training which is subdivided into 100 Hrs classroom instructions and
60 Hrs full training. The training capsule covers the following subjects:-
Conduct in public and correct wearing of uniform.
Physical fitness training.
Physical Security, Security of Assets, Security of building or Apartments, Personnel Security an
Household Security.
Fire Fighting.
Crowed Control.
Examine identification Pater including cards, Passports and smart cards.
Should be able to read and understand English alphabets and Arabic numerals as normally
encountered in the identification documents, arms license and travel document and security
inception sheet.
Identification of improvised explosive devices.
First aid.
Crisis response and disaster management.
Identification of different types of arms I public and police.
Use of security equipment an devices.
Supervisions
Our field officers check every unit on regular basis and thrice in night every week compulsory.
Deployment
We as a policy avoid supply of guard at random. We prefer induction of well-trained persons.
